A Innovative Employee Job Protection Scheme

In these times of layoffs combined with recession, no one is sure how to tackle a job loss situation. There should be mechanism like a protective net to hold the people going down before they hit the bottom. Nobody knows when the recession will end. Every financial expert is giving his/her own timeline. But, whatever be the timeline, having a protection mechanism in these turbulent times definitely reduces tension for the laid off people. Read on while this article explore different protection mechanisms.

Usually, the laid off person will be given 1-3 months salary depending upon the company policies. If the person gets a new job within these 3 months, then there will be no problem. However, due to some or other problems, if the person could not bag a job, then one can sense trouble. However, the existing protection mechanism can definitely help people up to certain extent. Moreover, there is no other alternative for this.

This article comes up with an innovative idea relating to a new protection mechanism, which neither tax companies financially nor leave employees in wild after they were laid off. The new protection mechanism (net) is something like this. All the companies and the executive search firms have to come together and accept to create place for a new category called RESERVED JOB STATUS in their recruitment process. RESERVED JOB STATUS is a recruitment process status where an employee reserves a job for him/her incase if s/he gets laid off within the next 5 months.

Keeping the recession factor in view, companies, which feel that they cannot hold the employees any longer, should come out open and allow the employees to search for jobs in other companies. Nevertheless, at the same time, there are companies, which want to recruit new employees. Executive search firms have a major role to play in this kind of situation. These firms should hold talks with the recruiting companies and create a RESERVED JOB status mechanism in the recruitment process of new companies. Companies, which are on the edge to close down, should allow their employees to openly try for a new job in some other different company. Once the employee gets through the interview and clears all the tests, the recruiting company will keep his /her candidature in RESERVED status.

Once the present company lays off the employee, s/he collect all the emoluments and related documents without any tension and joins in his/her new RESERVED job with the new company.

To implement this kind of mechanism, companies should come forward keeping the employees future in mind. Every employee should be allowed to avail this RESERVED JOB mechanism. Since there is no insurance mechanism, which gives maintenance money after the employee looses his/her job, the RESERVED JOB mechanism can be seen as insurance for the employee in immediate future.

This article wants to know your valuable opinions and criticisms on this RESERVED JOB mechanism.

The DDLC

Most of the documentation teams in different companies follow their own DDLC as per their convenience. However, if you compare all the DDLC variations, you can easily see a common pattern, structure and process among all of them. DDLC in expansion is known Document Development Life Cycle. Most of the product based companies try to match every step of DDLC with the corresponding SDLC (software development life cycle) steps. This matching is necessary to release the product support documentation along with the release of the product itself in the market. This article tries to explain all the major steps of DDLC so that the reader will gain a good understanding once this article is read.

The most important basic steps in DDLC are

1. Requirement gathering

2. Audience analysis

3. Validation of template

4. Subject matter writing

5. Reviews

6. Correction incorporations

7. Final Release

8. Maintenance

The preceding 8 steps form the backbone of DDLC (any variant). Usually, the guide writing starts from Requirement Gathering stage (first step). All the specs written by Business Analysts have to be thoroughly read and have to be understood by the Technical Writers. During this stage, the writers participate in different product related discussions, debates, walkthroughs, etc, so that they can gain an understanding about the to-be-created-product.

In the second step, the writers have to determine who is their target audience i.e., for whom they are going to write all these guides. This is a very important step in Guide writing. Depending on the target audience, the way a guide has to be written differs. For example, all the product installation guides target Administrators as their target audience. If the product installation requires that its Administrators need to have technical knowledge, then the guides have to be written in such a way keeping the technical administrators in mind i.e., the guide will use technical terminology.

In the third step, here, a template will be created using the editor, which you want to use to write the guide. Since every company has their own documentation standards to be followed, this template should also adhere to those standards. Above all, the Documentation Head has to approve the template before you start writing the guide.

In the fourth step, you need to write about what you have studied and gathered about the product in the guide format using the approved template. Here again, depending on which type of guide you want to write, the information structure has to be changed. For example, a task-based guide does not look similar to a reference guide. Both guides have their own way of information structuring. If you want to write a guide, which can serve as an online guide also, then go for screen based guide format. This kind of writing force you to write the matter in a modular way and this in turn helps you to quickly create an online guide using the same matter along with the information structure.

In the fifth step, you need t deal with different kinds of reviews. Initially, after you write the first draft, your guide will be pushed to the following reviews: self-review, peer review, technical review, editorial review. Depending on the requirement, a few companies also try to get the guide reviewed by the Marketing department, Design team, etc. These are additional reviews depending upon the need.

In the sixth step, you need to do a hell lot of corrections during the guide review period. Out of all the reviews mentioned above, Technical review by the subject matter expert (SME) is the utmost important one; the second one is the editorial review. Most companies that want to cut the review periods of the guide cut the remaining reviews except the Technical and Editorial reviews. Most of the times technical writers work parallelly on different projects, which are in different stages. For example, if a few projects are in review stage, some other in initial stage, like that. Since every guide is different and deals matter of its own, you need to be careful while working on the guides.

In the seventh step, the guide has to be released long with the new product in the market. If your product deals with a printed guide, then make sure that the printing work has to be done in advance. Nowadays, most of the companies are allowing the guide to download. This option saves lot of money and time. Moreover, a few others are opting for Wiki-based guides so that the user always can avail latest and updated information about the product and its processes.

The last and final step in guide writing deals with the Guide Maintenance part; once the product is released in the market, depending on the customer's requirements the company needs to add new features/ changes /enhancements to the product. When there are changes in the product, then the guides need to be updated automatically.

This process continues as long as the product is there in the market.

In summary, this article explains in brief about the DDLC and its various steps for the readers' understanding.

Remedy to Campus Ragging

Did you ever get rag by your seniors? Or did you ever rag your juniors? What do you think about ragging? Does ragging should be banned in college campuses? However, why do students rag? Who started this ragging? Like this, there are so many questions pop-up in mind whenever we hear a tragedy ragging case.

Ragging is becoming a new nuisance in the college campuses, nowadays. Earlier, it was considered as a light teasing event and once that is over, students who participated in this event used to throw parties to the juniors whom they ragged. At the end, every one used to benefit from this ragging event. Now, the situation has changed. Students are showing the villain part of their mindset during these ragging events. Juniors, whose parents pay huge amounts of fees to the colleges for their higher studies, are forced to undergo this horrific, terror, and shocking event even they do not want to, but to just keep their parents happy by not abandoning the course.

The buck does not stop there. These juniors, who experienced these horrific ragging experiences, become seniors next year. Although they suffered a lot in the hands of their sadist seniors, yet, these people continue the tradition on the incoming juniors, thinking that they are taking revenge against their past horrific experiences. This cycle continues…!

If one goes through the records of tragic deaths happened due to ragging, one can see that most of these tragedies happened to people who have been pursuing technical-related courses. These students who always deal with machines, equipment, etc, and not exposed to Arts subjects, which should have been the part of their curriculum but not, build a certain kind of monster mindset of their own. With this kind of snubbed immature mindset, one cannot do positive things in life. The social relations part of the mind goes underdeveloped. Finally, when the individual with this kind of mindset arrives on the scene to rag a soft-spoken, gullible, innocent junior, the ruckus attitude in him/her gets a ‘high’ and s/he does ragging in such a way that the whole situation ends in tragedy.

The only and easy way to end ragging is to introduce the Arts subjects in the curriculum of all the students irrespective of what they are studying i.e., Engineering, Medicine, etc. By studying Arts, one knows how s/he should behave in the society, and what is expected of him/her, etc. Other subjects won’t teach all these things.

This blog advises everyone to be a human FIRST, then whatever you want to, NEXT.

Housing Loan Interest Rates – What is Happening?

Is building a new house or buying an apartment for one's own use becoming prohibitive even in these recession times? Seems YES in most of the cases. You may wonder why? Although most of the nationalized banks have come down on interest rates, but still the public, at large, is feeling that they are left out. The reason – it is not easy to create an account in a nationalized bank even in these days and the priority for housing loans will be given to those who have an account with the bank.

There are private banks like HDFC, ICICI, IDBI, etc, which have huge presence in India both in terms of real estate (they have huge offices in prime locations of the country!) and customers in India. However, though a few private banks have come down a little bit in terms of interest rates but most of them have not done much in this category (public opinion!). In India, it is everyone's dream that they can have a house of their own. These dreams were shattered by the skyrocketing interest rates in the pre-recession times.

But now, when banks are flush with cash and do not know what to do with those huge reserves, they can use these funds to finance the shelterless people in India at low-interest rates. Although a few banks have decided to give loans at 8% (nationalized banks only), but this interest rate is available only for a short duration (for the next 5 years). Moreover, the availability of housing loan at this interest rate is available up to a few months from now onwards (max up to July 2009 for most of the banks).

Roti, Makan, Aur Kapada (Hindi) has been the slogan of political parties during the mid-1980s. This slogan means that every Indian citizen should get food, shelter, and clothes. Nevertheless, even today, one can see people who are forced to live in a slum-like environment due to lack of affordability and eat only once per day so that they can save the second meal for the next day. There has been change of governments but the economic situation of the common man did not change even after 60 years of Independence.

So, now when the cash reserves are forcing the banks to reduce interest rates, then why they are not supporting the same by implementing the reduced housing loan interest rates?

The Making of a Politician

Since the only eligibility that a person can become a people representative is the age factor in India, one can think what sort of people will occupy the high seats of power here. This blog does not try to stereotype all the politicians under one umbrella. There are good, educated, and pro-development politicians also except for their number is so small. Out of all the politicians who jumped into the ring to fight 2009 elections, the uneducated, semi-educated and rebel candidates number is more. But, why like this even after 60 years of development activities as promised in our every 5-year plans?

As we all know that corruption has been so rampant in India and whatever little development activities happened, their fruits percolated maximum to the higher strata of the society. People at the lower rungs have been living in the same condition as they used to live in pre-independence era. That's why, Danny Boyle could able to direct Slumdog Millionaire movie in India. Otherwise, it is highly impossible for him to get this kind slum environment anywhere else in the world even after promised years of development. Jokes apart, even today most of the Indians are going to bed hungry. This is nothing but practicality. There is not a single household (BPL) in India which is not effected by poverty in these last 60 years. Who held the reins of power in these 60 years? Moreover, where is the accountability of their activities?

Today, even after 60 years of Independence, there is not a single politician who can go to his/her constituency and demand votes based on the developmental activities s/he has done. Almost every party has to fill their manifesto with all sorts of gimmicks and magic so that they can attract the masses who don't worry about who is going to rule except for the money they get for voting for a particular party. Political parties started roping in the cinema heroes and heroines just to attract masses and to rack in votes. Moreover, there are a few others, who had earned tons of money by acting in movies and have chosen politics as their retirement earning career. Bogus promises, duplicate schemes, and drama tantrums apart, is there a sitting politician worth his/her salt who can demand votes by genuinely developing his/her con stituency.

This blog invites you to share views on the 2009 elections and the contesting politicians from your constituency. We would like to know how your representative has developed your constituency.

HOW WE GET THE PERSONALITY WHAT WE HAVE AT PRESENT?

This is an interesting question. Spiritually speaking, as per Bhagwad Geeta, Lord Krishna told us that the atma (human soul) journeys from one birth to another and it will not die. Every time the atma takes a new birth, the subtle body comprising the senses and the mind accompanies it. These will form the inborn tendencies and the desires of each individual that shape his/her unique personality. This is the core personality of the individual.

Actually, all the preceding explanation happens before the individual takes birth. After s/he takes birth, the environment around the individual starts shaping his/her core personality. However, this part is what the soul learns consciously. These new learning's may mould the unique personality of the individual by giving it a new twist. That is why there has been old saying that "Tell me about your friends, I will tell about you."

By taking birth, the atma commits itself to God that it will come clean by doing penance for the old sins committed during past births and by doing the punya-related activities during the present birth. Unfortunately, the atma forgets all the commitments it made to God after taking birth (Only a few saints like Lord Buddha remember more than his 500 previous births.) and starts indulging in all the activities of this materialistic world.

Every birth gives you an opportunity to come clean of your past birth sins and do punya-related activities. By doing more and more punya activities, the atma can be relieved of the present birth-death lifecycle forever. This is what every atma aims before it takes a new birth.

Those who realize the purpose of their presence in this present world, will definitely stop indulging in the madness of this materialistic (maya) world and start aiming at the higher purpose of their coming here – relieving one's self from the bondage of birth-death lifecycle.

Are Indians Confused about the Secular Status of their Country?

India is going to face elections this year. The heat is already there in the speeches of the wily politicians who will not leave any stone unturned to grab votes by wooing innocent public. India is a big democratic country in this world. Elections happen in India after every 5 years. People chose their representatives/leaders by voting process. There are innumerable parties apart from Independents who will not belong to any party and who have an agenda of their own. The big parties as per today's scenario are Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at national level. Out of these two, Congress is a pan-India party, which have established itself very strongly since India got Independence from the clutches of British.

Coming to elections, recently there has been a hot debate about one of the radical speeches of one of the Gandhi family against Muslims. The speech is so radical that News Channels all around the world have taken a moral decision about not to broadcast the same to the public. Actually, the person in question is trying to woo the voters of a particular constituency through this kind of speech. Since India is democratic and secular country, these kind of radical speeches are uncalled for.

But, the question is why these politicians are trying to play the religion politics every time India goes to elections since she got her Independence? What is it that these politicians think that they can attract voters of a particular community by making radical statements against another community? Moreover, why these radical speeches against another community, in particular, woo these voters?

The answer lies in Indo-Pak partition. This happened when India got Independence from British. The members of all the communities irrespective of their religion status had done the struggle for Independence. Once India got independence, immediately a few Muslim politicians who have been having a few differences with the existing Hindu politicians, announced to the world that they want to have a separate country for themselves. Then the division of India happened and the new entity thus born was named as Pakistan. So many Muslims who have been hitherto stayed in India had moved to Pakistan and Hindus there, moved to India.

This division along with the movement of Muslims to Pakistan had created an illusion in the minds of Indians that from here onwards India is theirs and they can rule however, they want. However, even after the partition, a majority of Muslim families opted to stay back in India. These people had been friendly with their neighbor Hindus. When Indian constitution was written, it had been decided that India would be a Sovereign, Socialist, and Secular country. Although the word Secular has been written in our constitution, it could not able to enter the mindsets of so many Indians.

Coming to today's scenario, India holds the majority of the Muslim population in the entire world. That means more number of Muslims are there in India compared to those countries where Islam has been declared as their state religion. And suddenly, a majority of Indians started identifying themselves as Hindus due to the divide and rule politics of these wily politicians radical speeches. Out of the blue, they started realizing that why not we declare India a Hindu state at the same time forgetting the secular status of India.

If you look from third-party point of view, it is not the question whether you are a Hindu/Muslim/Christian/etc. There is no need to get confused. Whatever you are, whoever you are, you are an Indian citizen. You need to think what you have done or what you can do to better the lives of your country citizens. Hinduism, Islam, etc, teach us different ways to understand God. Nevertheless, our development as humans of a better society comes from the manners, which we learn through the education imparted to us.

Remember, if we as human beings forget the idiom "Live and Let Live" then it has to be understood that there would be no more days left for our human community to survive on this Planet Earth.

How You Can Attain Salvation?

As per Hinduism, attaining Salvation (MOKSHA) is the ultimate achievement for the human soul. Knowing this, so many people tried various ways to attain salvation. Era-after-era, period-after-period, there had been birth of so many saints who preached various ways to attain this ultimate achievement. But, a few people could able to achieve what is known as ultimate achievement of the human soul – MOKSHA. Why?

Because there are various ways to attain salvation, one might be confused which way to follow. And there have been debates on this issue. Debating on this issue about which way is the best to be followed to attain MOKSHA is a mere waste of time. If one goes through the preaching and teachings of all the knowledgeable saints and try to deduce the gist of what they taught us, one could easily see that all their teachings point to one simple path.

The simple path to attain MOKSHA is to control one's self. To control one's self, one has to attain GNANA. Apart from this GNANA, one needs to have BHAKTI toward the Supreme Lord (God). With the cutting-edge combination of GNANA and BHAKTI, there are chances that one can achieve MOKSHA, if one prays for the sake of God. If one prays Lord with ultimate BHAKTI to attain material prospects, then forget about MOKSHA.

One needs to attain GNANA to control all his/her six senses. It is not that much easy to control our six senses. Great sages like Vishwamitra, who is also known as Rajarshi, could not able to control his attraction toward Mohini even after thousands of years of rigorous TAPASYA. These six senses can be compared with a chariot drawn by six horses, all in different directions. And the chariot is the human soul here. If the chariot is drawn in six different directions, there are 100% chances that the chariot will go topsy-turvy, in this case human soul.

So, attain GNANA and pray the Lord with BHAKTI while not thinking about material pleasures to attain MOKSHA.

A New Requirement

I would like to know ... is there any way where one can mix and mash
received/uploaded attachments from one or more received mails and
compile a new mail with a few of those received attachments without
downloading and re-uploading the same.

Is it possible?

Most of the times, we forward mails with attachements to our friends.
During this procedure, there are options to either delink the
attachements or add a few more to the existing number. But, there is
no facility to attach a new attachment linked to another mail without
downloading and uploading the same to this mail.

As far as I know, this kind of functionality is not proivided so far
in any mail facility.

But, this kind of functionality will definitely help people who
connect to Net on weak connections. It is somethink like "Upload/
receive once and use any number of times".

Most of the times, the problem happens during file uploading on weak
Net connections.

And if this kind of facility is there, then there is no need to
download and upload the file while connecting to Net through public
computer. Straightaway, one can just send a mail with attachments
taken from other mails and push them toward the sender.

I think this kind of facility is possible; just like Contacts, if
Gmail lists out all the attachments we receive/send up to that point
of time and display the same under a link, this comes handy for the
user while sending a new mail with uploaded or received attachments
without downloading and uploading the same.

Please let me know your comments.

Earning through Photography

Ever imagined that the small 3-pixel digital camera, which you bought during those boom times, can earn you a livelihood during these bad times (read recession); this is how life works. We do not know sometimes why we make a certain decision and go by it. However, only after some time passes, then we will come to know how the decision had effected us. Photography - in today's world - is a big freelancing job and can earn you livelihood. if done properly.

You might be thinking that because every mobile phone is equipped with a camera now, and every one knows how to take a rudimentary snap, then what the great deal about all this fuss is. You are right in one way! But, everyone whoever is equipped with the mobile camera is not taking pictures what others want and they are not trying to earn a livelihood on doing this but you.

Nowadays cameras are being stuffed with latest technology. Even if you want to take a bad picture intentionally, it is not possible. The least quality camera produces an average quality picture in today's world. So don't worry! However, what about those professional photographers who already have taken loads of photos using their sophisticated costly cameras? Yes. They are also there in the market catering the needs of companies and individuals who want quality stuff. However, they cannot go to every place to take pictures. They can't be omnipresent. They need somebody who present at the exact location at the right time to capture the scene and then send it to him or her so that they can give the final touchings and put the photo on sale. By supporting them, you can also earn a few bucks in the form of commission. For doing this kind of job, you do not need to be a professional. The only eligibility is to have a minimum 3-pixel digital good quality camera. That's all!

Internet offers many opportunities to the would-be professional photographers. There are so many sites out there so that you can upload and display your pictures directly from your digital camera. There is no need to spend a single penny. The space to display your photos will be provided freely by a few sites, which are enthusiastically looking for this kind of opportunity.

In today's world, every news channel needs photos/video to display while they cover an event. If you have the chance to provide a rare photo shot taken in a peculiar angle to them, it will be more than a few thousand bucks for you. Like this, if somebody likes your uploaded photos and are ready to buy them, no matter where they and you are, a transaction can be done using Paypal simply.

So smile this recession away by being a photojournalist!

Swadesh Movie Review

Life is a game – play it. So many people in our world accept the life they have been leading as a game and are ready to play for the betterment of their future and their dependants. However, a few others want to lead their life as an example for other fellow citizens. These people want to play with their life for the betterment of not only the lives of their immediate dependants but also other people who live in their community, village, panchayat, district, city, and country.

Swadesh - this movie is about an orphan who toils hard with little means available to him, goes to US, and achieves tremendous success in life before he hit his 30’s. After achieving the dream Green card, he decides to visit his old native place in India for 1 week. However, after coming to India, he is bombarded by the backward thinking and the lack of development of his village people there. He tries to convince them but they are adamant to change their views. Nevertheless, the hero won’t loose his patience; he decides to play it hard and finally proves his point by bringing power to every household in that village by spending his own bucks. The dreams of the villagers come true and everybody starts praising him. However, time has come to leave to US as he has already spent most of his leave. Therefore, he prepares for the journey but the villagers are not ready to leave him as they form an emotional attachment with the hero. The hero himself is not ready but forced to leave to US to complete his pending project there. Once he leaves to US, he starts feeling homesick and that feeling grows every second as he stays there to complete his work. Finally, he decides to sacrifice the Green card and the great American dreams for the sake of his own country and his own village people and finally, returns to India for permanent settlement.

Played by Sharukh Khan - as the hero of the movie – the movie sends a subtle message to all the viewers about the importance of determination, sincerity, and hard work of an young educated Indian who wants to develop and contribute knowledge to his own village, people, and country.

How To Overcome Every Day’s Nagging Problems

Hey Guys/Gals…

We all face a hell lot of problems in our real life. To escape them, we often tend to watch movies where our favorite heroes and heroines do all sorts of heroic things when they face similar kind of problems in reel life. The stunts they do are marvelous! Amazing! However, the solutions shown in movies cannot be implemented in our real life. This article explores and analyzes what we can do to overcome the real life problems in a practical way. Read on …

Most of the time we hear somebody say that life is full of problems. In one way, YES. Nevertheless, in other way, NO! How? You may ask. The simple answer is the birth of a problem lies in the depths of your imagination. If you start viewing a particular event or human character as your big problem, our mind supports the same and every time we come across that, our mind tries to analyze the same under a microscope. The result: the problem bloats itself every time we think about that finally forcing us to accept it.

We tend to see most of the situations that happen in real life from our own perspective. This perspective of ours has been built by our mind by mixing and mashing different kinds of experiences, so far we have faced after coming to this world. By default, we look at the world and the events happen there using this pre-fabricated mindset, which fails us in most of the cases to find solutions to our nagging and nasty problems. However, how to escape from this mindset?

There is a solution for every problem irrespective of its size and magnitude. For the pre-fabricated mindset also, there is a solution. Nevertheless, the solution demands to use your brain and explore your imagination by taking things into your hands. Actually, this is what happens when you go to a Hypnotherapist to overcome your nagging psychological problems. The therapist tries to give you a different kind of mindset other than your own default faulty ones. The new mindset allows you to see things and events differently, which in turn lightens your emotional burden on your heart. This lighter feeling makes you happy.

In the same way, this article suggests a solution following which you can face every problem in your daily life, analyze it objectively, and plan a solution to overcome the same. The logic is always think yourself as a balloon floating in water. The problems try to drown you in the form of waves every time. However, the balloon never drowns. It always escapes. So, imagine yourself as the balloon in every problematic context. The problem is like the wave that tries to drown the balloon. But, the balloon escapes and so you by designing a practical solution to your present problem by analyzing it objectively. The chances of overcoming a problem by planning a winning solution will improve if you adopt this kind of mindset.

Best of luck!

Save Every Single Drop of Water

Water, one of the necessities of human survival, is in scarcity throughout the world now. Human beings in the name of development have sucked water out of the deepest layers of earth using modern and latest technical equipment. Water is the main essential ingredient of our body also. If there is no water on this earth, then human survival will be in question. Keeping the scarcity of water in view, this article tries to explain the necessity and value of every single drop of water to the human beings of planet earth.

The water tables throughout the world have already come down. Potable water is now a commodity. The business acumen of the planet earth human beings is being used in trading and treating life’s essential component – water - as a commodity. Since potable water levels have gone down, people are buying water in liters for drinking purpose. There is so much business going on in the name of purified water.

The present situation is pitiful. Humans are not realizing what they have been doing. It is the universal truth that development should not come at the expense of the nature itself. The frequency of the present natural calamities – earthquakes, tornadoes, tsunamis, etc – is the clear evidence to what they did to planet earth so far in the name of the development. The artificial growth in which human beings have believed in is nothing but a sarcastic effort. Believing in what they have been doing is good and best, human beings are systematically destroying the precious natural resources. Since this kind of growth is inorganic and planet earth cannot sustain this concrete growth any more, she has become a rebel and has been causing a series of natural calamities, which in turn had created loss of wealth and property.

Since the ground water levels have come down, the seawater started creeping in to the main land aquifers and in turn turning the remaining potable water salty. Lands, which were earlier abundant with natural vegetation, have been turning into deserts. The situation is so scaring that even the agricultural lands, which are crucial to planet earth, are becoming barren lands because of lack of water. After the human beings started tinkering with nature, the vagaries of nature increased; planet earth is slowly moving toward becoming a huge desert.

In the light of the above scenario, this article pleads with everyone, whoever reads it, to take a pledge on his or her own to save every single drop of water. Utmost care has to be taken to use the precious water resources at present available to us. There should be a planned use for every single drop of water and efforts should be made to conserve as much water as possible for our future generations. This article warns that if care has not been taken in saving the precious water resources, now, it will not take much time that life will be wiped out of this planet earth in the near future.
