This year, the EARTH HOUR is decided to be celebrated on Saturday, 28th March 2009 from 8.30 – 9.30 pm. It does not matter wherever you are. Since the movement needs to switch off lights for one hour between 8.30 – 9.30 pm (irrespective of whether you are at home or office), this article invites you to join this auspicious movement and declare yourselves as the responsible citizen of Planet Earth.

Throughout the world, this year 1 BILLION people are going to celebrate the EARTH HOUR on 28th March 2009 by switching off their lights for 1 hour.
